Yangzhong Factory is one of the world's largest dry-type transformer production bases, spanning over 40 hectares with a total construction area of 180,000 square meters and employing more than 3,000 dedicated professionals. The factory has earned prestigious accolades such as "China Environmental Labeling Enterprise" and "National High-tech Enterprise".
The workshop adopts internationally advanced automatic robot core stacking machines, vacuum casting, leading-edge transformer production and testing equipment, with an annual production capacity of 30 million kVA power transformers.
Binjiang Factory is a comprehensive hub that seamlessly integrates independent research and development, intelligent manufacturing, and smart marketing services. With a vast area, modern production facilities and a complete management system, the factory serve as an important base for the group to achieve its strategic goals of transforming to green and digital factory.
The factory focuses on the research and development and application of new technologies, new processes, and new products in the field of transformers and power distribution equipment. Jurong Factory spans 1.7 hectares and houses three modern, standardized workshops. The factory has 10 transformer production lines, equipped with advanced production equipment and skilled technical teams. It manufactures a range of power transformer products, including oil-immersed transformers, and dry-type transformers, generating an annual output value of hundreds of millions of yuan and contributing tens of millions of yuan in taxes and profits.
