Insulation Reliability

From early-stage 2D electric field simulations and 3D electric field measurements, to impulse characteristic testing, followed by theoretical analyses and simulation tests on main insulation, longitudinal insulation, end insulation, lead insulation, and coil insulation under lightning impulse voltage—ensuring overall insulation reliability.

Leakage Flux Calculation & Stray Loss Reduction

Conducts dedicated calculations and measurements of transformer leakage flux, designs shielding structures, and analyzes both dynamic and thermal stability. Research focuses on enhancing stability while reducing stray losses.

Precise Winding Temperature Field Analysis

Our proprietary winding temperature-field calculation program evaluates coil loss distribution and cooling airflow to accurately determine winding temperature distribution and hotspot rise, enabling targeted thermal management measures.

Partial Discharge Reduction

Electric field intensity at all critical points is carefully evaluated during the design stage and kept under strict control to minimize partial discharge.
