The project is located in Jubail industrial City ll, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is based on the Amiral Petrochemical Complex, a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Total's refining and petrochemical company, SATORP. The project involves a 1.65 million tons/year ethylene chemical complex with a total investment of $11 billion.
Once completed, it will be the largest mixed-feed steam cracker in the Gulf region, significantly increasing Saudi Aramco's market share in ethylene and polyethylene in the region, The project is expected to stimulate surrounding industrial investments and create 7,000 local jobs.
Thanks to its strong reputation in the Middle East, CEEG will supply SF11-50000/34.5/14.5 and SG10-160/0.48/0.42 series products for the project. After signing, the team held multiple planning meetings to ensure compliance with contract and tender requirements, advancing product design and production.
