The GGD switchgear series is widely used by power users including power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises. It plays a critical role in AC distribution systems operating at 50-60HZ and supports rated currents up to 3150A. The system's main function is to convert, distribute, and control electrical energy for various power, lighting, and distribution devices.
The product boasts excellent thermal stability, an innovative and rational structure, practical electrical schemes, broad versatility, and a high protection rating.
Key Structural Features:
1. Application-based classification: power distribution cabinets, busbar connection cabinets, feeder cabinets, motor control cabinets, reactive power compensation cabinets, and lighting distribution cabinets.
2. Cabinet Structure:
(1) The cabinet frame is partially assembled by welding 8MF cold-formed steel, with mounting holes arranged according to E=20mm and E=100mm modules to enhance product assembly universality.
(2) ZMJ-type busbar clamps are thermoformed using high flame-retardant PPO material, offering a modular combination structure with excellent mechanical strength and insulation.
(3) Cabinets with widths of 1000mm and 1200mm feature a symmetrical double-door structure on the front and those with widths of 600mm and 800mm use a single-door structure. The rear of the cabinet also uses a symmetrical double-door structure, designed for free-standing installation without wall support.
(4) Cabinet doors are connected to the frame with galvanized pivot-type hinges, allowing them for easy installation and removal, with rubber inserts at the door edges.
(5) Grounding is achieved through threaded ground screws connecting the installed components and the frame, forming a complete grounding protection circuit.
(6) The cabinet's top cover can be removed as needed to allow for easier assembly and adjustment of the main busbars.
