The ZGS series new energy box-type substation is a device specially designed for new energy power generation. It can boost the 0.315-1kV voltage generated by wind power or photovoltaic power generation to 10kV or 35kV for grid-connected output. 3D Design

Based on over 30 years of experience in transformer design, manufacturing, and experimentation, CECEP Electrical has developed an advanced "3D + parameterization" design software, which can realize automatic design, cost optimization, simulation, and emulation.

Power Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Platform

A new type of distribution terminal management mode with a four-layer structure: perception layer, network layer, platform layer, and application layer. It brings benefits to customers, achieving fine electricity consumption, safe electricity consumption, economic electricity consumption, and high-quality electricity consumption.

Simulation Analysis

Flow field, temperature field, electric field, leakage magnetic field, wave process, and short-circuit force. For the research, development, and design of each product series, simulation analysis of the flow field and temperature field is conducted to determine the average temperature rise and hot spot temperature of the coil, ensuring product performance.

Testing and Inspection Technology

All products undergo strict control of production processes and quality links. Before leaving the factory, they undergo rigorous tests and inspections by national standards and customer customization requirements, including partial discharge inspection, lightning impulse resistance inspection, noise inspection, and other mandatory inspection items.
