PRODUCT OVERVIEWS

The YBH series amorphous alloy prefabricated substation consists of three parts: high-voltage switchgear, amorphous alloy transformer, and low-voltage switchgear. It is a complete set of power transformation and distribution equipment suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The main difference from traditional substations lies in its transformer core made of amorphous alloy strips. This material has lower no-load loss and higher strength, significantly improving the energy-saving effect during the operation of the substation, and featuring superior performance of low loss and low heat generation.

No-load loss is 70%-80% lower than that of ordinary dry-type transformers, with low loss and high output, showing obvious energy-saving advantages.

Five-prevention Protection

Adopting Nomex庐 paper insulation system, it has high flame retardancy, explosion-proof and fire resistance levels, H-class heat resistance, strong overload capacity, low partial discharge, and a long service life of the product.

Manufacturing Process

Box Structure

Internally divided into high-voltage room, transformer room, and low-voltage room. The lighting automatically turns on and off with the opening and closing of the door. Heat insulation layers are set on the top and around, and temperature control devices are equipped to maintain a stable temperature.

High-voltage Room

Supports compressed air type, sulfur hexafluoride load switches or vacuum circuit breakers, providing short-circuit and overload protection functions.

Low-voltage Room

Supports internal and external operation modes, and can be equipped with metering cabinets, incoming line cabinets, outgoing line cabinets, capacitor cabinet,s and other equipment. The capacitor cabinet supports manual or automatic compensation, and the reactive power compensation capacity is 15%-30% of the transformer capacity.

Power Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Platform

A new type of distribution terminal management mode with a four-layer structure: perception layer, network layer, platform layer, and application layer. It brings benefits to customers, achieving fine electricity consumption, safe electricity consumption, economic electricity consumption, and high-quality electricity consumption.

Testing and Inspection Technology

All products undergo strict control of production processes and quality links. Before leaving the factory, they undergo rigorous tests and inspections by national standards and customer customization requirements, including partial discharge inspection, lightning impulse resistance inspection, noise inspection, and other mandatory inspection items.
