PRODUCT OVERVIEWS
Mining mobile substations are divided into vehicle-mounted and sledge-mounted types. They adopt a modular design and integrate a high-voltage switch room, a transformer room, and a medium-low voltage switch room. The vehicle-mounted type realizes efficient movement through special transport flatbed trucks and is suitable for power supply in surface mining. The sledge-mounted type is installed on a reinforced steel chassis without the need for a foundation, making it suitable for open-pit mining and mobile power supply needs in remote areas. The substation features high reliability, environmental friendliness, convenient installation, and flexible movement, making it an ideal solution for complex mining power supply.
Performance Characteristics
High Reliability
Each functional unit and channel is equipped with lighting devices for easy operation, operation, and maintenance.
Flame Retardant and Explosion Proof
Combining natural ventilation and forced ventilation, air conditioners and anti-condensation devices are used to control temperature and humidity.
Durable
The shell adopts advanced electric spraying technology, so it is not easy to rust or fade, and can withstand the test of long-term operation in harsh environments. It has a reasonable design, reliable quality, safe operation, and economic practicality.
Modular Design
Modular design, flexible installation, and convenient movement.
Manufacturing Process
Box Design
Section steel frame structure, covered with aluminum alloy plates or stainless steel plates, and the top cover has a double-layer hollow structure to prevent water accumulation. Combining natural and forced ventilation, it is equipped with temperature and humidity control devices and lighting facilities.
High-Voltage Room Configuration
Equipped with high-voltage load switches, vacuum circuit breakers, SF6 circuit breakers, etc., assembled into fixed or withdrawable switch cabinets.
Transformer Room Configuration
Optional oil-immersed, fully sealed, dry-type, or on-load voltage regulating transformers. The capacity of 35kV oil-immersed transformers does not exceed 2000kVA, and dry-type transformers do not exceed 1600kVA; capacitor compensation devices are supported.
Low-Voltage Room Configuration
Equipped with knife-fuse switches, circuit breakers, contactors, etc., assembled into fixed or withdrawable switch cabinets. Common series include GGD, GCS, MNS, etc.
Scope of Application
Mining mobile substations are widely applicable to various mining power supply scenarios, including open-pit mining, underground mining, and mobile power supply needs in remote areas. The vehicle-mounted type is suitable for mobile power supply of surface mining equipment in mines, and the sledge-mounted type is suitable for open-pit mining and power supply occasions without fixed foundations. It is especially suitable for scenarios where the power supply environment is complex and frequent transfer or rapid deployment is required.
