The YB Series European-style Prefabricated Substation is an integrated power distribution unit combining high-voltage switchgear, power transformers, and low-voltage switchgear. Featuring high integration, compact footprint, quick installation, and easy maintenance, it adopts a welded steel frame structure with an aesthetically pleasing appearance and eco-friendly design. It offers excellent mechanical strength, weather resistance, and corrosion resistance. The internal system is pre-installed and debugged in the factory, supporting fully intelligent data collection and analysis, enabling remote monitoring and proactive maintenance, and providing users with reliable and efficient energy management solutions.

Frame Design

Welded steel frame or steel plate assembly with specialized protective coating. Provides high mechanical strength, weather resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Precision Engineering

Modular structure, high integration, easy installation, and simple operation.

Thermal Insulation

Equipped with a roof insulation layer to prevent condensation from sudden temperature changes. Optional side insulation layers further enhance protection.

Internal Structure

Configurations include "'目'-shaped" and "'品'-shaped" layouts. Optional "corridor-type" or "non-corridor-type" designs to meet diverse application needs.

Smart O&M

Fully intelligent data acquisition and analysis, achieving "three-remote functions" (telemetry, telesignalling, telecontrol) for HV/LV switches and transformers.

Manufacturing Process

3D Design

Leveraging over 30 years of experience in transformer design, manufacturing, and testing, CEEG has developed advanced "3D + Parametric" design software enabling automated design, cost optimization, simulation, and modeling.

Power Intelligent Operation & Maintenance Platform

A new power distribution terminal management model with a four-layer structure: Perception Layer, Network Layer, Platform Layer, and Application Layer. Delivers benefits to customers, achieving refined, safe, economical, and high-quality electricity usage.

Simulation Analysis

Flow field, temperature field, electric field, leakage magnetic field, wave process, and short-circuit forces. The R&D and design of each product series undergo simulation analysis of flow and temperature fields to determine average winding temperature rise and hotspot temperature, ensuring product performance.

Testing & Inspection

All products undergo strict control of production processes and quality. Before shipment, they undergo rigorous testing and inspection by national standards and customer-specific requirements, including partial discharge testing, lightning impulse withstand testing, noise testing, and other mandatory inspection items.

Scope of Application

The YB Series European-style Prefabricated Substation is suitable for urban grids, residential complexes, commercial centers, industrial/mining facilities, airports, stations, ports, hospitals, schools, and various temporary/permanent construction sites. It is widely applicable in industrial and civil power distribution systems, particularly ideal for space-constrained sites, short installation cycles, and scenarios demanding high power supply reliability.
